Despite the best efforts of the board, we are disappointed at the prices for this fixture and that tickets will not be on sale on the gate for the Northants FA Hillier Senior Cup clash in Burton Latimer tomorrow evening.

We first raised our concerns in October about the proposed prices, and again last week when we were made aware that this would be an all ticket match. Corby are proud to be supported by fans of all aged, a number of whom expressed concerns on Saturday about the inability to buy tickets as they were told you can only purchase these online and not everyone is in a position to use this facility.

We have been trying since last Wednesday to engage in constructive efforts with representatives from Kettering Town but sadly this has not been possible, and therefore the price and the online ticket sales was something we could not change.

We would also like to thank the Northants FA who have also tried in vain to find a reasonable solution to the ticket pricing and inability of fans without internet access to attend the match.

With the announcement today that tickets will not be on sale on the gate, we would like to advise all Corby Town supporters who have not purchased a ticket to please not travel to Burton Latimer tomorrow evening.

You will not gain entry to the ground without a ticket and in the interest of safety for all of our supporters, we would like to repeat, please do not travel to the game tomorrow night if you do not have a ticket.
