General behaviour

Whilst we understand that a Cup Final can be an emotionally charged event, we ask all clubs to remind their players, managers, officials and spectators of the standards expected with regards to behaviour demonstrated on the day.

We need to be able to guarantee the safety of all participants, spectators and staff present on the day, and as such, we would like to stress the importance of the below:

• Under no circumstances is a pitch invasion by spectators acceptable

• Under no circumstances are flares/other pyrotechnics/confetti cannons permitted in the ground

These are some of the more extreme examples of behaviour that we are keen to remind you of. Alongside these, we would obviously expect the normal high standards of behaviour to be adhered to.
